So far, the Biden Administration has begun to take action in terms of regulation and procedures for many non-citizens that could greatly benefit them as well as other current changes to the immigration policies.
With the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, there have still been limited accesses to immigrant services provided by the U.S. Consulate throughout the country, creating additional Green-Cards for utilization. However, these were not readily available since the summer, and for required extensions, legislation needs to be passed for them to continue.
