With the current administration’s latest plans when it comes to regulating immigration has been revealed recently to be proposals that were part of the Trump administration, especially when it came down to reforming H-1B visa programs for workers, including raising their wages.

For the current plan in 2022, the agenda has been, according to the projections of many immigration-based agencies and law firms, that for the first half of this year, there would be rules and regulations that would impact certain visa programs, such as the H-1Bs, student visas, premium processing and lastly, filing fees. Below we have provided an outline that details every change and proposal that the Biden administration has plans to do for this current situation. It is important to note that the agencies also want to provide goals and proposals that can sadly be postponed or even rejected altogether.
